Prices
All prices are zero VAT rated
Gift Certificates are valid for up to two years from date of purchase and are to include postage. Sorry, gift certificates are non refundable
Packaging and Shipping
- Shipping is charged in addition at United Kingdom rates. For all other countries shipping will be calculated at the check out.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs subject to stock availability. Orders recieved before 2.30pm stand a much better chance of being dispatched the same day.
- All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded 1st and 2nd Class Signed For, Unless orders exceed 2 kilograms, or exceed the Royal Mail parcel size limitations, where they will then be sent via parcelforce. International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed for, unless orders exceed 2 Kilograms which will then be sent via Parcelforce - Global Priority.
Payment
We accept payment in £ sterling only. The easiest way to pay is by credit card or Paypal otherwise a euro cheque or foreign draft in £ sterling is acceptable. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Moorlands Cheesemakers Ltd and irrespective of value will be sent to the bank for clearing before goods are despatched.
Refunds and replacements
You have our promise to replace any item found to be faulty upon receipt and a full refund (minus the original postage and packaging cost) on any purchase returned within 7 days. Please send returns recorded delivery. No questions will be asked, having said that, any constructive criticism would be gratefully received.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Unless paying by credit card or through PayPal we regret we cannot send goods without prior payment
