For a very sharp flavour in Romano and Provolone. Directions: For each 7.5ltrs of milk dissolve 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Capilase powder in 1/2 cup of cooled boiled water 1/2 hour before use. Store container tightly sealed in freezer between batches. 1oz container.
